WOD: reps of 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of:
- Overhead Squats (95 lbs/65 lbs)
- Box Jump
- Jumping Lunge *
* for the jumping lunge one each side (right leg/left leg) equals one rep..so 10 reps equals 20 jumps.
Time: Just over 20 minutes. Very happy to complete this one fully prescribed.
