- 6 Push Press 115 lbs/ 75 lbs [I did 95 lbs]
- 5 Pull Ups
- 3 KB Swings 32 kg/24 kg [I did the 24 kg by accident]
** Rest three minutes after each of the three rounds
*** Repeat four times
Can't remember my time, but it was around 24 minutes or so. I think....
