Nasty girls variation

First WOD in one week; felt pretty good:
  • 400 m run
  • 50 Double Unders
3 rounds of:
  • 10 Hanging Power Cleans 135 lbs/95 lbs
  • 50 Squats
  • 7 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls 135 lbs/ 95 lbs
Finish with:
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 400 m Run
Time = 18:43
