BUY IN : 3 sets of 10 chest to bar pull ups

WOD
  • 7 Deadlifts 205/145 lbs
  • 7 Pull ups
  • 14 Weighted Jumping Lunges 25lbs/15lbs
Two rounds; rest one Minute between rounds; 5 cycles.

CASH OUT : 5 minutes of stretching

Forgot my time...think it was 24 minutes or so.
