Running and lifting

Challenging WOD today:

BUY IN:
  • 3 x 20 seconds L sit hold on rings
WOD:
  • 300 m RUN
  • 10 Overhead Squats 115lbs / 80 lbs [I lifted 95lbs for all lifts, except the OH S which I did at 75lbs]
  • 10 Push Press
  • 10 Bent Over Rows
  • 10 Thrusters
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Pull ups
3 rounds

Time = 25:00

CASH OUT:
  • Accumulate 5 minutes in the bottom of the squat position (ass to ankles)
