Tabata-like WOD

8 rounds of:
  • 20 seconds of ab-mat sit-ups
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds SDHP (95lbs)
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds box jumps
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds thrusters (95 lbs)
We were given a 1 minute break every two rounds. Hard!
