Heavy lifting, lots of reps

WOD: 7 rounds
  • 12 Deadlifts - starting at bodyweight *
  • 12 Pull ups
  • 12 Push ups
  • 12 Ball Slams
  • 1 min rest between each round
*each successive round increase the weight by 10 lbs for guys, 5 lbs for girls

Very hard for me. Been a while since I felt so physically spent after a WOD.
