Tabata type WOD

Today's WOD:
  • 30 seconds of kettle bell swings
  • 30 seconds of jumping squats
  • 30 seconds of rest
Do this for 8 rounds. Follwed by rest for two minutes. Then do:
  • 30 seconds of wall ball shots
  • 30 seconds of ball slams
  • 30 seconds of rest
Do this for 8 rounds.
