Time = 26:26 @ 25lbs. Definitely felt much better today. Good to do a met-con after nearly 2 weeks of heavy WODs.

Awesome, let me know how it goes. Prescribed weight for the dumbells is 35lbs, but I did 25lbs. Prescribed for women is 25lbs, but many did 15lbs.
