A nice combo

WOD:

Start with:
  • 50 Double Unders
Then four rounds of :
  • 7 Squat Cleans 155 lbs/ 105 lbs
  • 10 Pull ups
  • 25 Push ups
End with:
  • 50 Double Unders
Time = 27:50

It took me a while, but I finished it -- and I did everything honestly (though the weight was at 145 lbs).
