Felt super-good doing this one today:

Three rounds of:
  • 5 x power cleans (65/95)
  • 15 x jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups
Rest for 90 seconds. Repeat four times.

Time = 21:16 -- one of the better male scores of the day.
