  • 50 Wall Ball 20 lbs/12 lbs
  • 20 Pull ups
  • 20 Ring Dips
  • 40 Wall Ball
  • 16 Pull ups
  • 16 Ring dips
  • 30 Wall Ball
  • 12 Pull ups
  • 12 Ring Dips
  • 20 Wall Ball
  • 8 Pull ups
  • 8 Ring Dips
  • 10 Wall Ball
  • 4 Pull ups
  • 4 Ring Dips
Time = 21:27 [did all the pull-ups kipping style, used thin band for the ring dips]
