Sunday morning cruelty

WOD: 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 reps each of:

  • Back squats (135 lbs)
  • Kettle Bell swings (24 kilo)
  • 200m run between each round
Time = 18:59. I think my lungs exploded.
