Last WOD before the Element Team Challenge:

20 seconds on, 10 seconds off; rest 1 minute after every two rounds; for 8 rounds:
  • Thrusters x 95 lbs
  • Box jumps x 24"
  • SDHP x 95 lbs
  • Sit-ups
