Max push press + 12 min AMRAP

Buy in: Max push press = 165lbs (PR)

WOD: As many rounds as possible in 12 Minutes of:
  • 3 Push Press @ 75 % of 1 rep max
  • 6 Clapping Push ups
  • 9 Toes to Bar
Lifted 125lbs; completed 7 rounds. Very nice. Oh, and that's two PRs in as many days.
