Back squats, power cleans and burpees

Today's WOD: Strength and MetCon:

Strength : BACK SQUAT 3 sets of 5 at 80% 1 Rep Max

Metabolic Conditioning: Three rounds of:
  • 10 Power Cleans (165 lbs/115lbs)
  • 10 Burpees
I did 155 lbs power cleans. Time = 7:08.
