Counting down deads, box jumps and burpees

WOD: Start with a 400 meter run. Then 10, 9, 8...1 of:
  • Deadlifts (225 lbs)
  • Box jumps
  • Burpees
Finish it all off with another 400 meter run.

Time = 23:20.
