Counting down deads, ring dips, and jump squats

I injured my back doing this one and could not finish:
  • 7 DEADLIFTS 225 lbs/155 lbs
  • 7 RING DIPS
  • 7 JUMP SQUATS
BURPEES.......7 the 1st round, 6 the 2nd, 5 the 3rd......to 1.
