Deadlifts, power snatch, pull-ups and push ups

WOD:

Strength : DeadLift 5 sets of 5 @ 75% of 1 rep MAX (which for me is 265 lbs)

Met Con: Reps of 21-15-9 of:
  • Power Snatch 115/75
  • Pull- ups
  • Push ups
Time = 13:30.
