Long and heavy

Today's WOD: 30 rounds of:
  • 3 x Deadlifts
  • 2 x Power cleans
  • 1 x Squat clean
  • 1 x Jerk
All that is considered one round.

Prescribed was 155lbs, but Jason had me do 135lbs. Took me 22:59 -- which I'm very proud of. Rock 'n roll!
